dklibs - Dirk Krause's library set

Description

The dklibs package contains a set of libraries for various purposes:

• dkport
The dkport library provides a portability layer and hides system-specific code from the application developer.
• dkc
The dkc library contains modules for
+ unsorted and sorted data storage
+ generic I/O
+ application support, such as
- string tables
- file search
- logging
- preferences management
• dknet
The dknet library allows portable programming of TCP/IP networking on the client side.
• dktrace
The dktrace library is needed if the tracecc preprocessor is used to generate debug messages.
Additionally there are some tools to support developers:
• stc
A string table compiler to translate string table source texts into binary string tables.
• tracecc/trana
A preprocessor allowing to insert debug message output into source code and an analysis tool helping you to inspect debug output.
