dklibs - Dirk Krause's library set
Description
The dklibs package contains a set of libraries for various purposes:
- • dkport
- The dkport library provides a portability layer and hides system-specific code from the application developer.
- • dkc
- The dkc library contains modules for
- + unsorted and sorted data storage
- + generic I/O
- + application support, such as
- The dkport library provides a portability layer and hides system-specific code from the application developer.

- • dknet
- The dknet library allows portable programming of TCP/IP networking on the client side.
- • dktrace
- The dktrace library is needed if the tracecc preprocessor is used to generate debug messages.
- Additionally there are some tools to support developers:
- • stc
- A string table compiler to translate string table source texts into binary string tables.
- • tracecc/trana
- A preprocessor allowing to insert debug message output into source code and an analysis tool helping you to inspect debug output.
- The dknet library allows portable programming of TCP/IP networking on the client side.
