Name

dksfc - constants for use with dksf functions.

Synopsis

#include <dksfc.h>

Description

The module defines contants for use with functions in the dksf module.

File types

• DK_FT_REG

indicates that a file type is "regular file".

• DK_FT_DIR

... directory.

• DK_FT_FIFO

... FIFO .

• DK_FT_CHR

... character special device.

• DK_FT_BLK

... block special device.

• DK_FT_SOCKET

... socket.

• DK_FT_OTHER

... any other file type (unknown to the dklibs library set).

• DK_FT_SYMLINK

... symbolic link. If a directory entry is a symbolic link the file type consists of an or-combination, i.e.

DK_FT_SYMLINK | DK_FT_REG

Permissions to files and directories

• DK_PERM_SUID
The SUID bit is set.
• DK_PERM_SGID
The SGID bit is set.
• DK_PERM_VTX
The VTX-bit (sticky-bit) is set.
• DK_PERM_U_READ , DK_PERM_U_WRITE , DK_PERM_U_EXECUTE
The user has read/write/execute permissions.
• DK_PERM_G_READ , DK_PERM_G_WRITE , DK_PERM_G_EXECUTE
...group...
• DK_PERM_O_READ , DK_PERM_O_WRITE , DK_PERM_O_EXECUTE
